Itenaries

Day 1 | Bagan

Welcome to the ancient city! Meet your local guide at the Nyaung – U domestic airport and drive straight to the hotel and check-in. After checking in at the hotel, jump on your bicycle and ride among over 3000 ancient temples and pagodas along the sandy and dusty roads with your local guide. In the evening, enjoy your last day in Bagan by watching the sunset on the top of the sunset temple where you can see the whole city of Bagan.

Day 2 | Drive to Kanpetlet City

Leave from the hotel at 8:30 AM. Drive straight to the Chauk Township for about 1 hour and we will stop at the local market to buy some snacks and some cosmetic things for the children from the villages. After that, drive about 2 and a half hours to get to the local restaurant for lunch, located at the junction of Pathein/Monywa Main Road. After having lunch, drive up to the mountain about one and a half hours to get to the first village called Sight Khin Village before Saw Township. When we get to the Sight Khin Village, we will have a chance to see the oldest chin women (Yin Du Tribe) and walk around the village for about one hour and give some snacks to the children. And then, we will go see the incredible musician who can play musical instruments by a nose. After that, drive to the hotel (Pine Wood Villa) and check-in. Dinner will be at the hotel. We will bring box lunches for tomorrow. Sleep one night in Can Pat Lat City.

Day 3 | Trek from Kanpetlet City to Mindat City

Leave from the hotel at 8:00 AM. Drive about 45 min to the trekking start point. After that, hop out of the car and we will start trekking straight to Mt. Victoria. On the way to trek Mt. Victoria, you will see an astonishing landscape of Ching State. We will reach the top of Mount Vitoria around noon. Have lunch at the top of Mt. Victoria and we will walk back to the trekking point around 4:30 PM. We will drive straight to the Aye Village and sleep at the Aye Villa on the mountain. We will have dinner local family-style at Aye Village and will have a lunch box for tomorrow. Sleep one night at Aye Villa.

Day 4 | Drive to Bagan

Have breakfast at 7:30 and we will leave from Aye Villa at 8:30. Drive about 30 min to trekking point. After we get to the trekking point, we will start trekking to the rural village such as Car Toa /Lope Pae/Pu Kon Villages. One and half hours from the start point, we will reach the stream by the bridge which is the start of Kyar Toa Village. Show some Traditional house and old cemetery in Kyar Toa Village. Show Old women with face tattoo (Monn Tribe) and some weapons. We will have lunch at the last village called Puu Kon. The car will wait at Chee Chang which has a new bridge at 4:00. When you get to the car, go to Min Tat Township and check in at the hotel, Oasis Resort. Dinner at the hotel. Sleep one night in Bagan.

Day 5 | Drive to Bagan

Leave from the hotel around 9:30 AM. We will drive straight to Bagan and it will take about 5 hours to get there. On the way to Bagan, you can see a lot of Thanakha Trees which are the most expensive trees in Myanmar. After that, we will have Lunch at Pauk City. We will arrive at Bagan at around 4:30 PM. After that, we will check-in at our hotel called Su Tine San Royal Palace hotel. One night in Bagan before we go to Bago.

Day 6 | Bago

We will check out of the hotel at 9:00 AM and drive to Bagan- Nyaung U Domestic airport. After we land at Yangon Domestic airport at about 11:25 AM, we will drive straight to Bago city which is 91.0 km away from Yangon. On the way to Bago, we will stop at the Shwe Pyi Resort restaurant and eat lunch there. We will arrive at Bago around 3 PM and check-in at the Oak Thar Kyaw Hotel. In the evening we will drive around Bago city and visit the Shwe Thar lyaung Reclining Buddha image which is 55m from head to toe and 16 m in height. After that, we will visit the Kyal Khat Wai monastery to donate food and snacks for 400 monks and learn about Buddhism. After taking pictures and learning about Buddhism, we will take a short drive to Kanbawzathadi Palace which is the site of Bayinnaung’s royal palace. He was one of the most powerful kings of Burma who took the great city in 1551 with the combined force of his own elephant corps and husky mercenaries. After having lunch at a local restaurant, visit Hintha Gon, Kyaik Pun Pagoda, literally ” four figures” Pagoda and Shwemawdaw Pagoda. One night in Bago.

Day 7 | Ngwe Saung Beach

Today, we will leave our hotel to Beach as we last day in Myanmar. On the way to Ngwe Saung Beach, stop at the Allied War Cemetery in Taukkyan which is the final resting place of thousands of Allied soldiers who were passed away World War II. Ngwe Saung Beach is the best place, not only for local people but also for foreigners. Check-in at the hotel and walking around the beach. One night in Ngwe Saung.

Day 8 | Ngwe Saung Beach

Today, we will leave for a fishing trip at about 9 AM. After came back from a fishing trip, relax at the hotel. In the evening, ride a bullock cart along the beach and watch the sunset at the beach. Sleep one night at hotel lux.

Day 9 | Flying Home

Wake up early morning and drive back to Yangon International Airport. It’s your last day in this untouched country. Take a chance to get a sweet tea before you fly home and say goodbye to your local guide. We will drop everyone off at the Yangon International Airport.
